Africa-Press – Lesotho. Lesotho joined 36 other United Nations Member States in presenting her Third Voluntary National Review (VNR) on the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals.
This was held at the United Nations Headquarters in New York during the 2025 High-level Political Forum on Sustainable Development (HLPF), convened under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) from July 14 to 23.
The forum was held under the theme: ‘Advancing sustainable, inclusive, science and evidence based solutions for the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for leaving no one behind’.
The HLPF reviewed in-depth, SDG 3 (good health and well-being), SDG 5 (gender equality), SDG 8 (decent work and economic growth), SDG 14 (life below water), and SDG 17 (partnerships for the goals).
