Africa-Press – Lesotho. The Lesotho National team, Likuena, played to a one-all draw with Malawi in their international friendly match at Setsoto Stadium yesterday. The Malawi friendly match was meant to serve as a warm-up exercise in preparation for the upcoming second leg match of CHAN qualifiers between Likuena and Zimbabwe scheduled for October 18 here at home at Setsoto Stadium.
Senong’s charges will have to double their current performance after they were humiliated by the Warriors 3-1 away from home in Zimbabwe in the first match of CHAN qualifiers.
Meanwhile, Lesotho Under-17 national side, Bahlabani lost 3-1 to COSAFA defending Champions Angola in their second match yesterday in the COSAFA tournament held in Malawi. Bahlabani are yet to face Mozambique in their third game which will take place at Kamuzu Stadium (tomorrow), Tuesday.
