Africa-Press – Liberia. FC Fassell Academy has officially embarked on their journey to the 2024 Academy World Cup in Turkey.
The 25-member delegation, featuring 20 players, 4 technical staff members, and the Academy president, departed from Monrovia via Roberts International Airport on Tuesday evening.
During their time in Turkey, the young Liberian team is gearing up to compete against prestigious academies such as AC Milan Academy, Real Madrid Academy, PSG Academy, and other renowned football institutions.
It Is worth noting that the entire trip has been generously sponsored by Hon. Cassell Anthony Kuoh Sr., the Former LFA Vice President for Operations and CEO of the Academy.
