The event brought together female leaders, remarkable gathering at Bella Casa Hotel, and reaffirming Lonestar Cell MTN’s commitment to empowering President of MTN Women, who set a motivational tone for the day.
In welcome remark, Miss Johnette Horace encouraged women to embrace themselves and serve as inspiration to others.
She provided a comprehensive overview of the program, highlighting key activities designed to engage and inspire attendees.
Speakers included Liberian musical artist, MC Caro, an Award-Winning artist. Key highlight of the event was a dynamic panel discussion on Alternate Careers for opportunities and striving for excellence.
The discussion featured distinguished women in the health sector with Chief Financial Officer, who represented the CEO, wrapping up the occasion, noting the fifth sets the stage for even greater strides in empowering women.
Ms. Hennistta Nyangbe, Director of Manning-Maritime and Health & Fitness, who led the second pane discussion, focused on “Health and Wellness,” hosted by MTN staff.
Ms. Amanda Ajami, CEO of JUIN Orgaburst Inc provided support packages from MTN Women to help boost their entrepreneurial journey.
Fostering growth but also reinforced MTN’s unwavering commitment to nurturing and supporting women in the corporate sector.
Beyond the insightful discussions, the conference also recognized outstanding MTN career diversification and personal growth, with panelists sharing inspiring stories and Ms. Lela Precious Dolo, Co-Founder of Help A Mother & Newborn Initiative Rising Star of the Year–Joetta Paye HeforShe of the Year–Manju Konneh. Additionally, recognition was given to female entrepreneurs within the company.
