Africa-Press – Liberia. Giant mobile network company in Liberia, LoneStar Cell MTN has launched a mobile financial service partnership with betting company Doxx Bet Liberia.
The partnership is aimed at affording customers across the country unlimited access to betting platforms using mobile money.
The launching ceremony took place Friday, 17 March 2023 at the Doxx Bet office on 3rd Street, Sinkor, with the staff of both companies in attendance.
Introducing the program, Manju Konneh, Acting Manager for Product and Services at Lonestar Cell MTN, noted that the partnership marks a milestone achievement for both companies.
Manju stated that the partnership was essential, particularly for the many customers of Doxx bet as well as the over two million subscribers of LoneStar Cell MTN.
According to Mr. Konneh, it is the company’s singular honor and ambition to ensure that everybody in Liberia has access to the best mobile financial services coupled with an excellent network and the best customer experience.
Outlining some benefits of the partnership, he emphasized that “Wherever there is LoneStar Cell MTN network, customers can have access to the betting platform of Doxx Bet at any point in time.”
“And the biggest part is that, when you win, you don’t need to wait for Doxx Bet offices to be opened before [you] receive your money; you’ll get paid right on your mobile phone 24/7.”
Also speaking at the occasion, the General Manager of LoneStar Cell MTN Christopher Ssali said he was excited about the partnership. He mentioned that it emanated from several discussions with betting companies before the launch.
Mr. Ssali encouraged customers to download the application to enable their bet from the comfort of their homes and offices, among others.
“Mobile money is convenient, safe, and can make your financial transactions easy,” he noted. He thanked Doxx Bet for the partnership and expressed hope for lasting and rewarding exploits.
For his part, the CEO of Doxx Bet Liberia Michael Gabor thanked LoneStar Cell MTN for the enormous efforts in ensuring the integration of the new betting method for his company.
He added that LoneStar Cell MTN will expand Doxx Bet’s customer base because the company is the biggest communication network in Liberia.
According to Gabor, Doxx Bet is the most reliable betting platform in the country. He assured that henceforth the information provided about the new betting method is going to be useful to all customers of Doxx Bet and LoneStar Cell MTN.
