Africa-Press – Mauritius. otice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of MDIT (the ‘Company’) has declared a final dividend of MUR 0.07 per ordinary share to all shareholders registered at close of business on 25 September 2023, in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2023.
The dividend will be paid on or about 29 September 2023. The shares ofthe Company will be traded cum-final dividend up to and including the market day of 20 September 2023, and e ·-final dividend as from 21 eptember 2023.
