Africa-Press – Mauritius. Three new Puisne Judges namely Mrs Sulakshna Beekarry-Sunassee, Mr Pravin Harrah, and Mrs Kesnaytee Bissoonauth, have been appointed by the President of the Republic of Mauritius, Mr Prithvirajsing Roopun, in accordance with the powers vested in him under section 77(3) of the Constitution, and acting in accordance with the advice of the Judicial and Legal Service Commission.
A swearing-in ceremony was organised, today, at the State House in Réduit, during which the new Puisne Judges took Oath of Office before the President.
