Africa-Press – Mozambique. Those sections of National Highway Number 260 (EN260) and of Regional Road 241 (ER241) crossed by the Búzi, Mossurize and Chinhica rivers in the province of Manica are at risk of being cut, due to rainfall.

Drifts are already in existence at the points where, in the event of heavy rain, water from these rivers can inundate the road surface.

National Road Administration (ANE) delegate in Manica, Moisés Zimba, gave assurances that the roads in question were being monitored, and that road traffic was currently circulating safely.
