Africa-Press – Mozambique. In Cabo Delgado, a credit line has been created as part of actions aimed at assisting the resumption of economic activity in regions formerly affected by terrorist attacks.
The credit line will benefit around 500 small and medium-sized companies (SMEs) affected by terrorism.
Micro-credit agencies for its operationalisation are currently being identified.
The news was revealed by the head of the sub-committee on economic activities and finance , Dário Passo, speaking on Monday at a preparatory meeting for the 4th Forum for the Reconstruction of Cabo Delgado, scheduled to take place in Pemba this Thursday.
