Africa-Press – Mozambique. The Secretary of State for the province of Cabo Delgado visited Nanduli, in Ancuabe district, this Thursday, a month after the terrorist attack on the village.
António Supeia found the village completely abandoned and showing the extent of the destruction wrought by the miscreants.
Nanduli hosts the main National Almond Institute (INCAJU) nursery in Cabo Delgado.
Supeia was told by cashew sector personnel that more than 200,500 cashew seedlings may be lost as a result of the cessation of activities if no solution was found.
