Africa-Press – Mozambique. Maputo and Ankara municipalities are exploring opportunities for cooperation and strengthening institutional and economic relations between the capital cities of Mozambique and Turkey.
To this end, the Mayor of Maputo, Rasaque Manhique, received this Wednesday morning the Deputy Mayor of Ankara Faruk Köylüoğlu, as part of the official visit to the Mozambican capital of a delegation from Ankara.
During the visit, an exchange of experiences will be promoted in the areas of urban governance, local economic development, urban infrastructure, public transport, smart technologies, solid waste management and tourism, with a focus on promoting business partnerships between the private and public sectors of both countries.
