They are: Yamah Mohammed Musa, High Commissioner Designate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; Alexander Grant Ntrakwa, of the Republic of Ghana; Nicklaas Rikondja Kandjii, of Namibia; Victor Matemadanda, Ambassador Designate of the Republic of Zimbabwe; Haakon Gram-Johannessen from the Kingdom of Norway; Oumarou Maiga, of Burkina Faso; Mehdi Aghajafari from the Islamic Republic of Iran and Abravitova Liubov, of Ukraine.
