Africa-Press – Mozambique. The President of the Republic, Daniel Chapo, on the proposal of the Superior Council of the Judiciary, appointed, by presidential order, Carlos Pedro Mondlane to the position of Judge Counsellor of the Supreme Court.
“This appointment reinforces the Mozambican State’s commitment to meritocracy, to the strengthening of judicial institutions and the continuous promotion of access to justice, the independence of the courts and the trust of citizens in the judicial system,” a statement from the Presidency of the Republic reads.
