Africa-Press – Namibia. THE northern power utility, NORED, supported the road safety campaign this morning by donating 164 reflector jackets to the Namibian Police in the eight northern regions: Kunene, Omusati, Oshana, Ohangwena, Oshikoto, Kavango East, Kavango West and Zambezi.
Valued at N$60,000, the jackets are branded with the NamPol badge and the NORED logo.
The donation was handed over at the permanent police checkpoint at Oshiko, Ongwediva.
Oshana Regional Commander Naftal Lungameni Sakaria received the donation on behalf of his seven counterparts.
