Africa-Press – Namibia. PRESIDENT Nangolo Mbumba has expressed his condolences to President William Ruto of Kenya following the helicopter crash that led to the deaths of Kenyan Chief of Defence Forces General Francis Ogolla and nine other military officials.
“I have learned with sadness about the tragic passing of the Chief of the Kenya Defence Forces, General Francis Ogolla, and nine other Military Officials. I extend condolences to my brother, President William Ruto, the bereaved families, and the people of Kenya,” the president said.
He emphasized that the Namibian people and government stand with the people of Kenya during this difficult hour of grief.
