Africa-Press – Namibia. IN an effort to ensure that no Namibians are left behind, Vice President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah recently donated 100 blankets to marginalized communities in the Ohangwena Region.

The donation benefited the San people from Okongo and those residing in Ouholamo and Ombili settlements in Eenhana Town.

This initiative aims to ensure that the less fortunate people in the region are kept warm during this cold season.

The blankets were handed over by the Ohangwena Regional Governor, (Rtd) Lieutenant General Sebastian Ndeitunga, on behalf of Nandi-Ndaitwah.

Chairperson and Councillor of Omulonga Constituency Erickson Ndawanifa, Eenhana Town Mayor Omri-Onn Kavandje, as well as representatives from different organizations, were among those who attended the occasion.
