Kogi state governor, Alhaji Yahaya Bello has sworn-in 17 commissioners and six special advisers as he kick-starts his second term in office.
The appointees who were sworn-in on Wednesday, January 29, were earlier screened and cleared by the Kogi state House of Assembly.
Notable names in the list include Kingsley Olorunfemi Fanwo who is now the commissioner of information and communications; Mohammed Sani Ibrahim (SAN), commissioner of justice, Idris Asiru Asiwaju, finance, budget and economic planning and Engr. Abubakar Sadiq Ohere, commissioner for works and housing.
