Africa-Press – Nigeria. Security operatives in the early hours of Thursday, August 1, took over the city of Warri, Effurun, Sapele, Ughelli and other communities in Delta State as the protest against bad governance is set to begin.
They took over the town as early as 6 am.
There is a heavy presence of security operatives at Enerhen junction, Effurun roundabout, Airport junction, Ajogodo in Sapele and Otowovdo junction in Ughelli.
Transporters and owners of businesses were seen going about their routines freely.
