Africa-Press – Nigeria. Akwa United have adopted a new ground for their home games ahead of the 2025-26 Nigeria National League, NNL, season.
The Uyo Township Stadium will be new ground for the Promise Keepers.
Akwa United played their home games at the Godswill Akpabio Stadium in the Nigeria Premier Football League,NPFL, last season
“Uyo Township Stadium will serve as our home ground for the 2025/2026 season!.” Akwa United stated on Monday.
Akwa United will take on Solution FC in their opening game of the campaign at their new home ground.
The new season is expected to commence on Saturday, 8 November.
