Africa-Press – Rwanda. Rwanda international midfielder Kevin Muhire has officially joined South Sudanese top-flight side Jamus SC on a one-year contract.
Jamus SC, one of South Sudan’s football powerhouses, is a regular competitor in continental tournaments, including the CAF Confederation Cup.
The club confirmed Muhire’s signing following the expiry of his contract with Rayon Sports. The 26-year-old arrived at Juba International Airport on Friday, June 13 to finalise the move.
In a statement, the club announced the deal, referring to Muhire as “a big star” and “talented midfielder.”
Muhire’s move to Jamus SC follows a successful 2024/2025 season with Rayon Sports, where he played a key role in helping the team finish second in both the Rwanda Premier League and the Peace Cup.
Muhire has previously featured for clubs including Tala’ea El Gaish (Egypt), Saham Club (Oman), and Al-Yarmouk SC (Kuwait).
