Africa-Press – Rwanda. Nyarutarama Tennis Club (NTC) were clearly dominant during the three-day tennis tournament that pitted them against Kampala Tennis Club in Kigali from November 14-16.
The event, which followed Nyarutarama Club’s visit to Uganda in April, celebrated both competitive excellence and the growing relationship between the two clubs. It also served as an opportunity to strengthen their ties while highlighting the host club’s prowess on the court.
The tournament featured five categories namely men’s singles, men’s doubles, women’s singles, women’s doubles, and mixed doubles.
While Kampala Tennis Club claimed a narrow 9-7 victory in the men’s singles, Nyarutarama Tennis Club emerged victorious in the doubles categories, securing wins in the men’s doubles (12-10), women’s doubles (6-0), and mixed doubles (4-2).
