Africa-Press – Seychelles. As of today, July 1, 2023, the Seychelles Public Transport Corporation (SPTC) is officially going cashless. And yesterday there was a constant queue at the SPTC office at the main bus terminal of commuters to get their cards (our picture).
With the passengers having to use the SPTC cards starting today, they will now only be paying R10 per trip compared to the R12 in cash. This will allow passengers to make a saving.
