The much-anticipated inauguration ceremony of President-elect, Dr Patrick Herminie will take place this Sunday at Stad Linite, Roche Caïman, starting at 5.30pm.
This auspicious ceremony will mark the official start of Dr Herminie’s five-year mandate. Following the ceremony, Monday October 27, 2025 has been declared a public holiday.
Dr Marvin Fanny, chairperson of the organising committee, shared that the event is a public and national gathering that aims to bring Seychellois together in unity and celebration.
