Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Leone Rock Premier League champions East End Lions have strengthened their squad with the signing of Ivorian goalkeeper Mohamed Cisse Koua from Real Du Faso of Burkina Faso.

The move comes as part of the Killers’ preparations to defend their 2024/25 league crown, which they clinched in style their first championship since 2019. With the addition of Koua, the club hopes to solidify its defense and maintain its dominance in Sierra Leonean football.

The experienced Ivorian shot-stopper is expected to bring composure, reflexes, and leadership between the posts, adding depth to the squad that recently secured the services of Guinean playmaker Alhassane Doumbouya from Academie De Dixinn.

East End Lions continue to reinforce their ranks as they set their sights not only on domestic success but also on making a strong statement in continental competitions.

Fans of the Killers will be eager to see how Koua adapts to the Sierra Leonean topflight and contributes to the club’s ambitions this season.
