Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The Chief Minister of the Republic of Sierra Leone Dr. David Moinina Sengeh and the Sierra Leone delegation have arrived at the Dallas Fortworth Airport in Dallas, Texas to participate at the U.S. African Business -“Partnering for Sustainable Success”

The Chief Minister and the Sierra Leone delegation will show-case Sierra Leone from the 6th to 9th of May at the 2024 U.S.-Africa Business Summit in Dallas, Texas – United States.

The Corporate Council on Africa (CCA) will host the 16th U.S. -Africa Business Summit in Dallas, and the Summit will bring together more than 1.500 U.S. and African public and private sector executives, including Heads of States, international investors, U.S. and African government officials, and multilateral stakeholders.

The objective of CCA is to enable leaders to connect with government and private sector decision makers over the course of four days to drive U.S. -Africa sustainable business partnership.

At the plenary sessions and sector focused panels, there will be a line up of one hundred business and government leaders on solutions to today’s business challenges in agribusiness, finance, energy, health, infrastructure, ICT, creative industries and more.

During the “Doing Business In Africa Country Forum”, Sierra Leone delegation will interact with high-level government officials and business leaders from countries with some of the most promising markets for investments, and will hear about business opportunities, government policies and success stories. In the pathway to financing, the Sierra Leone delegation will explore available financing options from the U.S. government, institutional investors, U.S. and African banks and others.

The Sierra Leone Chief Minister and his team will be at the Exhibition Center to elevate personal and organizational brand, discover new business partners and investment opportunities and meet investors among the hundreds of trade and investment professionals.

The Chief Minister of Sierra Leone Dr. David Moinina Sengeh will engage in closed -door conversations with key decision makers to discuss business needs and potential partnerships. The Sierra Leone team will connect with high-African government delegations including Heads of States, senior U.S. government officials, CEOs and senior executives of U.S. and African companies. In networking, the Sierra Leone team will also have the opportunity for the elevation of personal and organizational brand, discover new business partners, discover new investment opportunities or investors among the business of trade and investment professionals.

In another engagement, the Chief Minister will participate in a Town Hall meeting in Dallas, Texas with the Sierra Leone diaspora.

The Chief Minister Dr. David Moinina Sengeh and the Sierra Leone delegation were received at the airport by His Excellency Ambassador Sidique Abou-Bakarr Wai, Sierra Leone’s Ambassador to the United States, Sierra Leone’s Consul in Dallas, Texas, Consul Patrick Jackson, Sierra Leone Consul in Boston, Massachusetts, Consul Mohammed Barrie, the Embassy of Sierra Leone staff, and other Sierra Leoneans came out to welcome the Chief Minister of Sierra Leone and his delegation.
