Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. The Sierra Leone Premier League Board (SLPLB) has announced the appointment of two committees to address urgent matters arising during the ongoing league season.

The announcement was made in a public notice issued by the SLPLB on Monday, 17th November, 2025.

According to the notice, the appointments were made pursuant to Article 32 of the Sierra Leone Premier League Rules and Regulations 2023.

The SLPLB informed the general public that the following committees have been duly appointed to handle urgent disciplinary cases and appeals.

An Emergency Disciplinary Committee has been established with Lamin Baryoh Esq. as Chairman, and Mr. Mamadu S. Bah, Mr. James Minah, John Yoni Yusif Fornah Esq., and Mr. Abubakarr S. A. Rahman as Members.

An Emergency Appeals Committee has also been set up with Jeremiah James Esq. as Chairman, alongside the following member: Mr. Ibrahim Turay, Mustapha Alfred Kamara, Esq., Mr. Mohamed Lamrana Bah, and Mr. Alusine Simeon Sesay.

The notice stated that the committees are empowered to adjudicate all urgent disciplinary cases and appeals in accordance with the provisions of the league’s governing regulations.

All clubs and stakeholders are advised to take note and comply with the directives, processes, and timelines established for disciplinary and appeals proceedings.

The Sierra Leone Premier League Board said it remains committed to ensuring fairness, transparency, and integrity in the administration of the Sierra Leone Premier League.
