Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Chief Minister, Dr David Moinnina Sengeh, engaged with Agilix Labs on AI in Education in Sierra Leone.
This initiate aims to boost future Learning and the move towards establishing an AI Lab in Sierra Leone to enhance an Innovative future for education.
The landmark partnership with Sierra Leone’s Ministry of Technical and Higher Education has been established since the signing of the MoU with Agilix Labs in May 2025.
During the Engagement, Chief Ministry Sengeh stated ‘’ We are not just deploying technology, we are building a future where every student, regardless of their background, has access to quality learning through AI-powered tools.’’
He further noted that with Support from global partners, Sierra Leone is becoming a hub for educational Innovation. ‘’ Our AI lab will be a game-changer in preparing the next generation for further work. He said.
According to Agilix Labs, ‘’This partnership is about more than technology-it’s about creating opportunity, equity, and a brighter future for every learner in Sierra Leone.’’
Concluding, Chief Minister Sengeh stressed the commitment of the government to empowering innovation and radical Inclusion.
“ Our Commitment is clear: train teachers, localize digital content, and ensure that innovation reaches even the most remote learner. That is how we achieve radical inclusion.’’
