Africa-Press – Sierra-Leone. Statistics Sierra Leone (Stats SL) has announced the availability of various temporary positions as part of the preparations for the upcoming 2026 Decennial Population and Housing Census (PHC).
This nationwide initiative aims to gather crucial data for national development.
Interested applicants are encouraged to visit the Stats SL website at (http://www.statistics.sl) to apply. The application process is straightforward:
Navigate to the vacancies section by clicking on the main menu.
Scroll to the end of the introductory message and click the link that directs to available positions.
Review the various roles and their terms of reference.
Click the “Apply Now” tab, available at both the top and bottom of each position description.
Complete the application form with personal information, including your National ID and NIN number, work history, district of origin, and emergency contact details.
Indicate your highest level of education or qualification.
Upload your resume or CV.
Write a brief letter of interest in the application menu and submit your application.
Upon successful submission, applicants will receive a congratulatory message indicating their application was sent, followed by a confirmation email to the address provided during the application process. Stats SL will contact selected candidates after the application deadline to invite them for interviews.
