Africa-Press – South-Africa. Leaders of BRICS member states attending the Parliamentary Forum in Kempton Park this week, have signed a memorandum of understanding. The 14-point document was drafted by South Africa, with the other BRICS nations asked to add to it. The agreement deals with specific issues pertinent to BRICS countries. The 2-day forum has wrapped up, and Parliament’s presiding officers have expressed satisfaction with how the debates and discussions played out.
