South Africa will be looking to begin their campaign in Morocco with a strong performance, and confident supporters believe Hugo Broos’ side has what it takes to win.
Speaking to Eyewitness News, fans shared their optimism ahead of the highly anticipated encounter.
“I do have confidence in Bafana Bafana. We struggled a lot last time, but [we are] learning from the previous games that we lost to other teams. I think, at the end, we found ourselves. Hence, I’m saying I’m confident that we are going to win today.”
Another supporter was even more bullish about the national team’s prospects, dismissed the threat posed by their opponents.
“Ah, we’re going over them; we’re walking over them. It’s a walk in the park. It’s one of those. It’s a definite win.”
