Africa-Press – South-Africa. Parties in the KwaZulu-Natal Legislature are debating a motion to remove the IFP’s Thamsanqa Ntuli as KZN’s premier.
The motion was brought before the House by MK Party Member of the Provincial Legislature (MPL) Bonginkosi Mngadi.
However, the IFP said KZN residents prefer the coalition government.
The party’s MPL and MEC for Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, Reverend Thulasizwe Buthelezi, said the choice is clear.
“It is a choice between the steady hand of Premier Ntuli and handing over control to thugs and thieves. The people of KwaZulu-Natal have made their choice – they have chosen stability, safety and predictability, and today this House must choose.”
