Africa-Press – Tanzania. TANZANIAN envoys in the CAF Champions League, Young Africans, hope to secure a positive result at the start of their group stage campaign against AS FAR Rabat at Amaan Complex in Zanzibar tomorrow, November 22, 2025.

It is a must-win clash for Young Aficans (Yanga) as they have to face Belouizdad of Algeria in the second round away game.

Mauritian Referee Imtiaz Heerallal is in Zanzibar to officiate the game.

In retrospect, the authorities in Zanzibar said everything is in place for the game including security that has been enhanced before, during, and after the match.

Speaking to journalists, the Urban West Regional Police Commander, Richard Thadei Mchomvu, said arrangements have been put in place to ensure that fans enter and exit the stadium in an orderly and calm manner.

He noted that these measures include thorough inspections and the strengthening of crowd-management systems.

He urged fans to follow security guidelines, maintain peace, and help make Zanzibar a proud and exemplary host of this important continental sports event.

Yanga will play their third and fourth rounds against Egyptian giants, Al Ahly.
