Africa-Press – Tanzania. THE daughter of the late father of the nation, Mwalimu Julius Kambarage Nyerere, Rosemary Nyerere, has passed away on the first of January, 2021(Yesterday).
Rosemary who was among the seven children of Mwalimu Nyerere, died on the evening of New Year in Dar es Salaam
The information of her demise was confirmed by some of her close relatives, Sophia Nyerere and Manyerere Jacton.
The funeral is being conducted at their house in Msasani, Dar es Salaam.
