Africa-Press – Tanzania. President Samia Suluhu Hassan’s Special Envoy, former President Jakaya Kikwete, has concluded his various visits to African countries that aimed at strengthening bilateral ties.
In his last visit, Mr Kikwete paid a courtesy call to the President of Burkina Faso, Captain Ibrahim Traoré where he delivered to him a special message from President Samia.
In their discussion, Mr Kikwete extended President Samia’s greetings, admitting that she recognizes the importance of enhancing cooperation among African nations.
He further said that it is President Samia’s desire to see that African countries collaborate and share experience in various areas so as to utilize its resources for the benefit of its people.
“My president has sent me as a Special Envoy to convey her message to you, Your Excellency, and I am grateful for your warm hospitality today,” Kikwete said.
