Africa-Press – Tanzania. Letshego Faidika Bank has introduced a campaign where a customer who takes a loan stands a chance to win half the amount borrowed.
The promotion dubbed ‘Kopa Tukubusti Campaign’ designed to provide valuable benefits to the lender’s customers, including the chance to win cash, motorcycles and other prizes.
Letshego Faidika Chief Executive Officer Mr Baraka Munisi said over the weekend that the focus of the campaign is to offer customers an opportunity to win up to 50 per cent of the amount borrowed from the bank.
“The primary objective of the campaign is to enhance the financial well-being of our valued customers,” Mr Munisi said.
The campaign will run for three months from the day of launching—over the weekend.
The Bank Head of Distribution Asupya Nalingigwa said that every two weeks, they will conduct a draw to select winners, with a total of 30 lucky individuals receiving a range of prizes.
“The campaign is designed to empower and improve our customers’ wellbeing,” he said.
To participate in the campaign, the customers must be at least 18 years old and with formal employment.
The Letshego Faidika Bank was the result of a merger between two financial institutions, Letshego Tanzania and Faidika Microfinance and officially commenced its banking operations in July 2023.
