Africa-Press – Tanzania. Two aviation students have completed their first solo flights, demonstrating their competence, courage, and dedication to training.
According to a statement from the National Institute of Transport (NIT), the achievement highlights both the strength of its aviation training programs and the commitment of instructors and students alike.
“We congratulate them for their determination and for flying the NIT flag high,” the institution said.
The National Institute of Transport (NIT) is a public higher-learning institution established under the NIT Act Cap 187, with a mandate to provide education and training, and to conduct research and consultancy in logistics, management, and transport technology.
Operating under the Ministry of Transport, NIT comprises five faculties: Aviation; Maritime and Petroleum Technology; Transport Engineering and Technology; Logistics and Business Studies; and Informatics and Technical Studies.
