Africa-Press – Tanzania. THE Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA) Temeke District Manager, Masau Malima, has fulfilled his promise by awarding 1m/- to every student who achieved first-class results in the 2025 Form Four examinations at Tungi Secondary School in Kigamboni.
Speaking during the award ceremony, Mr Malima commended the school leadership for their personal efforts in improving the school and student performance while urging current students to study hard to achieve their dreams.
Tungi Secondary School Principal, Daima Mwandumbya, thanked TRA for delivering on all its commitments, including contributions to the school’s wall construction, photocopy machine purchase, and provision of desks and chairs.
Moreover, she encouraged students to emulate the top performers who received the awards.
Meanwhile, Parent-Teacher Association Chairperson, Masoud Mohamed, commended TRA for keeping its promise and reminded both staff and students to always demand receipts when buying or selling goods.
