AfricaPress-Tanzania: The letter to lead Business United has been shared by 45 coaches from different countries just weeks after the team parted ways with its coach, Francis Baraza who joined Kagera Sugar.
Council has gone to Kagera to inherit the purse strings of Mecky Maxime who parted ways with the team for what was described as a team’s poor performance.
The Secretary General of Trade, Haji Mtete said that the coaches who are applying for the job come from six different countries, namely Tanzania, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, Malawi and Egypt.
He said there was currently a process to see who should be handed over to the team, in order to at least restore the happiness of the fans, stakeholders and officials of the Mara team.
“There is still a process going on in this regard to ensure we get a coach. There have been applications from six different countries and the number of coaches is about 45, so we are in that role now, I think in the near future everything will be fine, ”said Mtete.
