AfricaPress-Tanzania: ZANZIBAR President Hussein Mwinyi has sworn-in six Regional Commissioners today (December 3, 2020) at the State House in Zanzibar.
Speaking during the swearing ceremony, President Mwinyi directed his appointees to collaborate with security organs in reinforcing peace in the Isles.
He insisted that development goals can be easily attained where there’s is peace and tranquility.
Dr Mwinyi also instructed the newly sworn-in RCs to be fully in charge of the development projects in their respective localities since it is their key role.
