Africa-Press – Togo. The Togolese Head of State Faure Essozimna Gnassingbé, received Tuesday, May 30 in Lomé, his Sierra Leonean counterpart, Julius Maada Bio, who is in Togo as part of a regional meeting on agriculture.
Maada Bio arrived in the capital of Togo where he discussed on Tuesday with his Togolese counterpart on the cooperation between the two countries, the strengthening of economic exchanges, as well as on other subjects related to the situation in the subregion.
The talks were then extended to the Vice President for West Africa of the World Bank, Ousmane Diagana.
Discussions between the trip revolved around transformations in several sectors, such as agriculture, energy, education, social protection and gender equality.

As a reminder, Lomé has been hosting since Tuesday, a high-level round table on fertilizers, organized by the World Bank.
