PRESIDENTIAL CAMPAIGNSWith the general elections only 15 days away, National Unity Platform (NUP) presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi took his campaign message to the island district of Kalangala on Wednesday.In the company of other party members, Kyagulanyi’s campaign arrived at Bukakata landing site in Masaka district in the morning, before boarding a ferry to cross over to Kalangala.The group arrived at Bukakata shortly after 10am, after the first ferry of the day had set off. Kyagulanyi’s supporters welcomed him, holding up placards in his support and singing him praise. Not long after, a second ferry docked at the landing site, allowing the NUP leader and his sizeable team to go on board.A fleet of Police patrol vehicles and dozens of police personnel accompanied Kyagulanyi to Kalangala, where he addressed his first rally of the day.Take a look at pictures from his Wednesday trail:____________________________________
