Africa-Press – Uganda. MPs on the Legal and Parliamentary Affairs Committee say a report on the Anti-Homosexuality Bill returned to Parliament for review is ready. The controversial Bill was sent back from the President’s Desk Thursday for review of contentious clauses including the need to distinguish between homosexuality and the criminalised act of homosexuality. Parliament is scheduled to have the bill passed on Tuesday.
