Africa-Press – Uganda. NBS has partnered with Rotary for the 101st District Conference, DISCON 101, set to take place from April 16 to 18, 2026, at Imperial Resort Beach Hotel in Entebbe.

The partnership continues a growing collaboration with Rotary, focused on sharing stories of service, leadership, and community impact with wider audiences.

DISCON 101, organised by Rotary District 9213, is one of the most important gatherings on the Rotary calendar.

Held under the theme, “Inspire. Serve. Impact,” the conference brings together Rotarians, Rotaractors, partners, and friends of Rotary for a shared experience of learning, connection, and celebration.

The programme features leadership conversations, project showcases, recognition moments, and engagement sessions designed to strengthen community-driven work across Uganda.

Through this partnership, NBS will provide comprehensive coverage of the conference, ensuring key moments reach audiences across the country.

AfroMobile will extend this reach even further by offering accessible streaming, allowing viewers to follow the conversations and experiences from wherever they are. This brings Rotary’s work to more people, online and on screen.

Over time, NBS has consistently supported Rotary activities, documenting initiatives, highlighting community projects, and bringing attention to the people behind the work.

DISCON 101 builds on this relationship, offering another opportunity to present stories that reflect service in action and the impact created within communities.

The conference is part of a broader Rotary calendar in the region, with leaders from District 9213 and District 9214 collaborating on events expected to attract thousands of delegates.

These gatherings continue to position Uganda as a strong host for conversations around service, collaboration, and leadership on the continent.

As Rotarians and partners gather in Entebbe, the role of storytelling remains central. Through NBS, the voices and ideas from DISCON 101 will reach audiences across Uganda and beyond.

That is how they reinforce the shared commitment to inspire, serve, and create lasting impact.
