Africa-Press – Uganda. The Speaker of Parliament, Anita Among, has reaffirmed the warm and longstanding relationship between Parliament and the Tooro Kingdom.
This comes after she welcomed Calvin Rwomire Armstrong, the Prime Minister of Tooro Kingdom, who brought a message from His Majesty King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru IV.
During the meeting, Speaker Anita Among expressed her enthusiasm about attending the 30th Coronation Anniversary of King Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru IV, for which she has received an invitation.
This gesture highlights the strong cultural bonds between the Parliament of Uganda and the Tooro Kingdom.
