In a thrilling encounter, Simba came from behind twice, with Isakar Gurirab scoring penalties in the 39th and 55th minutes. Never Tigere netted the winner in the 66th minute.
At the Heart Stadium, Terrence Daka scored directly from a corner to give Yadah a 1-0 win over MWOS.
Elsewhere, Scottland beat Ngezi Platinum Stars 2-1 at Baobab Stadium.
Dynamos, meanwhile, continue to flirt with relegation after a 1-0 defeat to TelOne at Ascot Stadium. Washington Navaya’s 56th-minute header sealed the win for the Gweru outfit.
Dynamos now sit second from bottom with just 15 points from 19 matches.
In other results, ZPC Kariba and Manica Diamonds drew 0-0 at Nyamhunga Stadium, FC Platinum edged Chicken Inn 1-0 at Mandava, and Bikita Minerals beat Kwekwe United 1-0 at Gibbo.
