He clarified that this action will raise the level of knowledge of parliamentarians about the practice of parliamentary work that aims to debate and, above all, supervise the Executive power.

“Speaking in the National Assembly is necessary to know where the freedom of others begins and ends. It is necessary to speak with urbanity and parliamentary decorum, even if the debate is tense. It is necessary to know how to speak and represent with a patriotic and sovereign sense”, he advocated Luísa Damião defended training as the key, calling on deputies to commit themselves to parliamentary action, observing attendance and punctuality, being, as always, active and productive in the debate at the headquarters of the specialty committees and in the plenary sessions.

“We have a patriotic obligation to give the best of ourselves. This legislature, like the others, will not be much different, but it will demand a lot of discipline from us in the study, reflection and analysis of the documents or, even, in the articulation of the demands of the citizens, in order to continue exercising democracy in depth in its fullness, in harmony with the rights, duties, freedoms and guarantees of citizens”, he warned.
