Africa-Press – Angola. The National Police in Lunda Norte prevented, in 2022, the illegal departure of 40,526 liters of fuel, which were destined for the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
According to the balance of police operations, 33,226 liters of diesel and 7,300 of gasoline were seized.
In the same period, US$49,751 were seized, as well as six billion, 766 million and 85 thousand kwanzas.
548.9 kilograms of “Liamba” and 100 kilograms of cannabis were also seized.
In the note, the Police appeals to the population to collaborate with the defense and security bodies, denouncing the hiding places of fuel and the promoters of disorder.
