Minister calls for rigor in carrying out tasks

Africa-Press – Angola. The Minister of Culture and Tourism (MINCULTUR), Filipe Silvino de Pina Zau, this Tuesday in Luanda asked directors and consultants to be more rigorous in carrying out the tasks entrusted to them.

Filipe Zau, who made this statement during the swearing-in of the newly appointed officials, said that he intends to deepen the subjects that during the last year were seen superficially.

According to the minister, the scheduled actions have predefined objectives for a period of six months and should be evaluated by the board of directors and the consultative one.

For the minister, the nominees are people who offer the least amount of confidence possible to carry out the “tough” future tasks.

He added that the new organic statute of the ministry defines the tasks that each one has to carry out, taking into account the priorities in the medium and long term.

New appointees were given four days to form work teams.

Among those sworn in are the director and deputy director of the minister’s office, Cristina de Fátima Lina and Fulgêncio Missua Manuel, the minister’s secretary, Luyana Uomuto dos Santos, the general secretary, Hermingarda Sebastião dos Santos, the director of the Technology Office of Information and Institutional Communication and Press, Débora Tatiana de Almeida Matoso, the national director of communities and institutions of traditional power, Albano Alberto Cufuna, among others.
