Africa-Press – Angola. UNITA militants in the province of Lunda Sul are participating, since Saturday, in the municipality of Saurimo, in a training action on civic and ideological posture, within the framework of the democratic State and the rule of law.
In the training action, lasting two days, militants and party members are being trained on party organization, including party structure, statutes, as well as on mass organizations JURA and LIMA.
On the occasion, the provincial secretary of UNITA in Lunda Sul, Alone Zola, said that one of the objectives of the seminar was to continue to empower militants with actions of the kind.
On the occasion, the politician asked for greater involvement of militants in actions to increase the effectiveness of party political activity.
He said that UNITA is committed to continuing to respect and enforce the Law and State institutions.
According to the politician, the party will continue to work to monitor the execution of local government programs and those of the diamond sector, in order to contribute to the improvement of the population’s life.
