Africa-Press – Angola. The first secretary of the MPLA in Cabinda, Mara Quiosa, Tuesday appealed to the party’s militants for the preservation of peace, with a view to the country’s development.
The official was speaking during a mass act of her political training, in this city, having underlined the need to remain vigilant in the face of acts that compromise healthy social coexistence.
He defended the union of all for the consolidation of the Democratic State and of Law, refraining from subversive practices to the law.
Mara Quiosa asked the militants, sympathizers and friends of this formation in Cabinda to close ranks around the leader of the MPLA, João Lourenço.
Before the rally, a march was held in some streets of the city, which brought together hundreds of citizens, in support of the party president.
